This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This super spacious tri level North Myrtle Beach vacation duplex is truly paradise found. Situated on stilts high above the oceans edge, this non smoking villa is luxuriously furnished and spacious beyond compare. There is an oceanfront view balcony on every level; the view is superb, and the sunrises are breathtaking in the scenic Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

With eight bedrooms, seven full and two half baths, this Grand Strand beach house can accommodate everyone! A large, well appointed kitchen has multiple dining tables and a breakfast bar. This is truly a perfect destination for family reunions.

Designed with all the privacy of a home, Seaclusion A amenities are every bit as impressive as you might expect. There are numerous flatscreen  CCTVs and DVD players, as well as WIFI access.

The game room is remarkable at Seaclusion A. It is huge and showcases a pool table, a foosball table, and shuffleboard. There is a washer and dryer provided.

Outdoors, right on the oceanside but fenced for privacy, there is a shared swimming pool and kiddie pool These facilities are shared with Seclusion B. There is also an outdoor grill. Cook seafood. Grouper and shrimp are recommended.

GOLFERS WELCOME. Special prices for 16BR in off season. September to May. Minimum 3 night stay in off season. Mininimum 7 nights in the summer months. Saturday to Saturday. All rates are subject to Fees and taxes. Advertised rates include linens, towels and departure cleaning.
