When everyone wants a break from the sunshine, challenge family members to a game of pool or settle in for a movie on one of eleven smart televisions. An elevator and in-home washer and dryer add convenience throughout the house. Step outside to enjoy the furnished covered patio, complete with an outdoor television, or relax on the oceanfront balcony overlooking the waves. Spend afternoons swimming, soaking in the hot tub, or preparing dinner on the gas grill. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee.
